The city of Vancouver is working on an action plan to become the greenest city in the world by 2020. It is not on the wrong track as it has been recognized several times, as one of the greenest cities on the planet, along with Cape Town in South Africa, Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates and Adelaide in Australia.

Green areas and parks cannot be missing in one of the greenest cities in the world. So here is the list of parks, to enjoy nature without leaving the city. Enjoy!
